How to Refund/Transfer Your Activities
The Wave's activity refunds and transfers can now be done online, if completed by the customer at least seven (7) days prior to the activity start date. To request a refund or transfer online:
- Log in to your account at www.DublinRecGuide.com
- Ensure you have a credit card saved on file BEFORE beginning the refund process, which can be found on your www.DublinRecGuide.com main account page under "Payment and Order Management" (see below):
- Once a credit card has been saved on file, click the “Transaction and Payment History” link found under “Payment and Order Management” (see below):
- Once there, you will be able to view all programs/activities for which you and your family members are registered. You can transfer or withdraw as long as it is more than seven (7) days prior to the start of a particular program. To process a refund, click the “Withdraw” button on the activity you are wishing to refund. To transfer your activity to another activity, click the "Transfer" button (see below):
When you click “Withdraw” you will then see a pop-up screen with “Original Payer” and a drop-down menu that says “To”. Please be sure to click on the drop-down under “To” and change the drop-down to your credit card you saved on file. Otherwise, the refund will be added to your DublinRecGuide.com account as an account credit and will not be placed back on your credit card. Once you ensure the refund will be returned to your credit card on file, click the green "Withdraw" button to complete your refund (see below).
- If the withdrawal is requested and completed online by the customer on www.DublinRecGuide.com at least seven (7) days prior to the activity start date, the full registration fee will be refunded, minus a $0.10 processing fee. Refunds will be issued to the credit card used to purchase the activity.
- To request a refund by Wave Management, please email TheDublinWave@dublin.ca.gov at least four (4) business days ahead of the program start date (business day are considered Monday-Friday, not including holidays). Refunds will be processed to the original form of payment, minus a $5.00 processing fee, per transaction. If fees have been transferred in the system more than one time, a refund check will be issued, which can take up to 30 days to receive.
