Fitness Swimming Hours and Reservations at The Wave
Fitness swimming at The Wave has been extended from 45-minute sessions to 55-minute sessions. Residents may reserve their lanes a full month at a time. Schedules for the following month will be published on the 15th day of the previous month at dublinrecguide.com. This also allows swimmers to take advantage of the normal refund policy, should they need to cancel or transfer to a different date.
Fitness Swimming
Adults (14 years and older):
$6 Residents / $8 Non-Residents
Lap Swimming at The Wave is designed for teen/adult participants age 14 years and older* who wish to swim for fitness by swimming regular/consistent lengths of the pool as an individually directed exercise program. Swimming is one of the best forms of exercise, and is especially beneficial to those who are pregnant, have back problems, or sore joints. People of all abilities are welcome. Available year-round in the Natatorium and Sports Pool.

Aqua Aerobics
$8 Residents / $10 Non-Residents
Aqua aerobics is the performance of aerobic exercise in a pool. It is a type of resistance training that is low impact and easy on the joints. The classes focus on aerobic endurance, resistance training, and creating an enjoyable atmosphere with music. Aqua aerobics is in a group fitness class setting with a trained professional teacher.

Air Quality Policy
The Wave operates as long as Air Quality is 149 AQI or below according to AirNow.Gov. If the air quality index score reaches 150 or above, Wave management reserves the right to limited or cancel programming.
Please be aware of holiday closures.

While visiting The Wave, I understand that photographs may be taken of me or my child during the course of said activity, and that these photographs may be used in the City of Dublin’s publications, including but not limited to recreation brochures, the City’s website, and the City’s Facebook page or other City social media sites.
