1. Can I register for activities onsite at The Wave?

Yes, you can register for activities in person at The Wave during business hours with a debit/credit card only.  Cash payments are accepted with exact change preferred; however No Cash Refunds will be provided for any reason. 

You can also register online at www.dublinrecguide.com 

This includes Swim Lessons, Birthday Party Reservations, and Fitness Swimming.

*Waterpark Admissions tickets may be pre-purchased online, or same-day at The Wave ticket windows.

2. How do I register for Activities?

1. Create an Account or Sign In to www.DublinRecGuide.com
2. Click on Activities box.
3. Go to Activities in the blue line at the top of the page and then go to swimming & aquatics to see all our programs or for a specific program type in the name of the program in the activity search line and hit the search button
4. Select the "more" button to the right to display more options for the activity you would like.
5. Select "enroll now" to select the activity you want to register for
6. Select the participant that will be in the activity
7. Select "add to cart" to make your payment and checking the waivers
8. Enter credit card information and submit
9. You will be sent an email receipt with the activity information dates and times

3. Do you have exercise classes?

Yes, we offer fitness swimming, water walking, and aqua aerobics.

4. Do you have swimming lessons?

Yes! The Wave Swim School offers quality swim lessons for ages six months to adult, year-round in our Natatorium.

5. How can I request a refund or withdrawal for my activity?

Activity Withdrawals and Refunds can now be done online, if requested up to 7 days prior to the activity start date. 

To request a withdrawal or refund online:

• Log in to your account at www.dublinrecguide.com
• Click the "Payment and Order Management" box, then click "Transaction and Payment History" found under "Account Activity". 
• A list of all classes will come up.  Scroll until you find the class you would like to withdraw from
• Click the "Withdraw" button on the activity you wish to refund. Please make sure to choose refund back to your credit card as the default is the City of Dublin account.

*If the refund is initiated online by the customer themselves up to 7 days prior to the activity start date, the full registration fee will be refunded, minus a $0.10 processing fee. Refunds will be issued to the credit card used to purchase the activity.

**If the withdrawal is requested less than 7 days and up to 4 business days prior to the activity start date, you can still request a refund via email: thedublinwave@dublin.ca.gov. The full registration fee will be refunded, minus a $5.00 processing fee. Refunds are issued in the same manner as the original form of payment; however if fees are transferred in the system more than one time, a refund check will be issued.  Refunds can take up to 30 days to receive. 

***If the withdrawal is requested less than 4 business days prior to the activity start date, the activity fee will be forfeited, and no refund will be issued.

6. Why is my class canceled?

If the minimum number for enrollment is not met by the activity start date, the class/lesson will be canceled due to low enrollment. Prior to registering for an activity, it states the minimum and maximum number of enrollees that the class can hold. 

Please note: Staff may combine and/or cancel lessons due to the needs of the students and/or program. There are no make-ups or refunds for missed lessons. Instructors may vary based on program needs.
