Activity Withdrawals and Refunds can now be done online, if requested up to 7 days prior to the activity start date.
To request a withdrawal or refund online:
- Log in to your account at www.dublinrecguide.com
- Click the "Payment and Order Management" box, then click "Transaction and Payment History" found under "Account Activity".
- A list of all classes will come up. Scroll until you find the class you would like to withdraw from
- Click the "Withdraw" button on the activity you wish to refund. Please make sure to choose refund back to your credit card as the default is the City of Dublin account.
*If the refund is initiated online by the customer themselves up to 7 days prior to the activity start date, the full registration fee will be refunded, minus a $0.10 processing fee. Refunds will be issued to the credit card used to purchase the activity.
**If the withdrawal is requested less than 7 days and up to 4 business days prior to the activity start date, you can still request a refund via email: thedublinwave@dublin.ca.gov. The full registration fee will be refunded, minus a $5.00 processing fee. Refunds are issued in the same manner as the original form of payment; however if fees are transferred in the system more than one time, a refund check will be issued. Refunds can take up to 30 days to receive.
***If the withdrawal is requested less than 4 business days prior to the activity start date, the activity fee will be forfeited, and no refund will be issued.
