No, Waterpark Admission is a one-time, nonrefundable, nontransferable ticket purchase per day.
Recreation Swim pass is only valid during our Fall, Winter, and Spring Recreation Swim hours. (Spring Recreation Swim ends on Sunday, May 19.) Fitness Swim pass is only good during Fitness Swim hours.
At this time, we are accepting DAY OF Waterpark Admission ticket sales only, at The Wave. We accept all major credit cards. No cash or touchless payments are allowed.

Our concession stand is operated by Rebel Kitchen and sells meals, snack items, and beverages. There are some healthy food options available in addition to traditional amusement park fare, as well as vegetarian options.
Rebel Kitchen has a restaurant in downtown Livermore and will be bringing a new culinary experience to the Waterpark.
Please note: No outside food or coolers are allowed. One factory-sealed bottle of water is permitted per guest. In addition to our concession stand, guests are welcome to leave the park to eat outside and come back for more fun at The Wave.
*Guests with special dietary needs in which food may not be provided by the vendor, are the exception to this rule.
The year-round Natatorium indoor pool is kept at a comfortable 82-84 degrees. The outdoor Sports Pool is kept between 78-80 degrees.

No, at this time we do not have lockers available for guest use.
We have grassy areas, picnic tables, and chairs available on a first-come, first-served basis. You are not permitted to bring your own. Cabanas and Luxury Loungers are also available for rent to have your own private, covered area for the day.
We have six waterslides on the Slide Tower which is 42' high, plus two small slides in the Splash Zone.
Yes, we have several shaded structures on deck that block the sun. We recommend you take precautions to protect yourself from sun damage through the use of sunscreens, sun protection clothing, and sunglasses. We have group outdoor areas, lounges, and cabanas available for rent, which are private and covered.
No, you must supply your own towel and bathing suit.

Yes! The Wave Swim School offers quality swim lessons for ages six months to adult, year-round in our Natatorium.
Activity Withdrawals and Refunds can now be done online, if requested up to 7 days prior to the activity start date.
To request a withdrawal or refund online:
*If the refund is requested up to 7 days prior to the activity start date, the full registration fee will be refunded, minus a $0.10 processing fee. Refunds will be issued to the credit card used to purchase the activity.
**If the withdrawal is requested less than 7 days and up to 4 days prior to the activity start date, you can still request a refund via email: firstname.lastname@example.org. The full registration fee will be refunded, minus a $5.00 processing fee. Refunds are issued in the same manner as the original form of payment; however if fees are transferred in the system more than one time, a refund check will be issued. Refunds can take up to 30 days to receive.
***If the withdrawal is requested less than 4 days prior to the activity start date, the activity fee will be forfeited, and no refund will be issued.
If the minimum number for enrollment is not met by the activity start date, the class/lesson will be canceled due to low enrollment. Prior to registering for an activity, it states the minimum and maximum number of enrollees that the class can hold.
Please note: Staff may combine and/or cancel lessons due to the needs of the students and/or program. There are no make-ups for missed lessons.
