Fitness Swimming    

Adults (13 years and older): $6 per person

Fitness Swim programming at The Wave is designed for teen/adult participants age 13 years and older who wish to swim for fitness by swimming regular/consistent lengths of the pool as an individually directed exercise program. Swimming is one of the best forms of exercise, and is especially beneficial to those who are pregnant, have back problems, or sore joints. Lanes and equipment are provided. People of all abilities are welcome. Available year-round in the Natatorium.

Junior Fitness Swimming (10-12 years): $6 per person

Junior Fitness Swimming provides an opportunity for younger swimmers (ages 10-12) who demonstrate swimming ability to participate in fitness swimming, and who agree to abide by the facility rules and lane use Junior Fitness Swimming Standards.

Fitness Swim Convenience Passes

- $50 for 10 Swims


​Save money and time with our Convenience Passes!  Convenience Passes are sold in person at The Wave, only.  You must have your pass at time of entry.  Passes are non-transferable, non-refundable and expire one year after purchase date. A $5 replacement card fee for lost or stolen cards.

Aqua Zumba

Aqua Zumba takes the fun of Zumba into the water, without the impact!  Aqua Zumba integrates the Zumba formula with aqua fitness techniques, and blends it all together into a challenging water-based workout.  Workouts focus on cardio-conditioning, body-toning, muscle strength and endurance-building, and increasing flexibility and mobility in a fun and exhilarating way.  Splashing, stretching, twisting, even shouting and laughing, are often heard during an Aqua Zumba class!  Instructor: Judith Connaughton. For ages 18 and up.

Aqua Aerobics

Tone and sculpt your body and improve your cardio fitness. This fitness class uses the natural resistance and buoyancy of water against your body to provide a wide variety of conditioning activities with no impact on joints. No swimming required. Water weights will be provided. Instructor: Judith Connaughton. For ages 18 and up.

* Aqua Zumba and Aerobics classes are held year-round in the Natatorium, our indoor pool, kept at a comfortable 82-84 degrees. No drop-ins; aqua noodle required.
